Per Grankvist is an editor, speaker and author whose focus is on how companies can increase their profits and innovation ability by embracing sustainability.
He is the senior editor for sustainability at Veckans Affärer, the Swedish equivalent to Bloomberg Business Week, and is the business area manager for an editorial team focusing on sustainability producing content for paper, online and podcasting at the parent company Bonnier Magazines. He is also responsible for three of the biggest sustainability events in Scandinavia; The E-Prize Day, focusing on energy, the Social Capitalist Conference, focusing on social responsibility, and The Green Capitalist Conference, focusing on business and the environment.
Grankvist is also the author of CSR i praktiken, a best selling hands-on guide to CSR with more than 150 cases on how companies across the world are making money on sustainability practices (only available in Swedish). His next book, called Putnam, Batman and Me is due in 2012 and explores the power of personal engagement and how that affects our society at large, our personal well being and the profitability of companies harnessing the social engagement of their staff.
A visionary speaker and a insightful moderator, Grankvist has appeared before corporate audiences and at numerous conferences, in Sweden and abroad.
